About Our Team

Evergreen Vacation Properties offers vacation cabin rentals as well as vacation property management services for cabin owners nestled in the Tennessee Smoky Mountains. 
Our venture into property management and vacation rentals was created through identification of client needs by our established cleaning company, Mountain Pine Cleaning. Through Mountain Pine, we have first hand experience in preparing and maintaining vacation homes and adapting, identifying, and solving issues before they arise. We pride ourselves in knowing what you need before you need it. As we serve those through our existing cleaning company, we have trained staff available to meet the needs of both vacationers and owners at a moments notice. 
Evergreen Vacation Properties has the same resources and capabilities as the large companies (in-house commercial laundry and top-rated cleaning) but take a small company hands on approach. Our company’s vision is to provide that small company approach in order to bring a user friendly vacation experience to the Smoky Mountains.
